MODALITIES

In Manon's Holistic Health Naturotherapy practice, she works with babies to older adults and uses a variety of modalities based on each client's needs, interests and preferences. The two primary modalities she uses are Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) and Somatic Experiencing® (SE). She often complement them with yin yoga or restorative yoga postures, and as needed with movement therapy/kinesiology, holistic nutrition counselling, and when appropriate with some elements of her training in shamanic energy healing.

Manon sees local clients, generally from the Restigouche and Chaleur regions in New Brunswick but also offers online appointments to those not local to this area.
